Returns Policy

No quibble returns!!

Rest assured knowing that items can be returned with no quibble or fuss for a full refund within 60 days of purchase.

 

Items must be in a resalable condition, which includes all original packaging, including tags and must be unused and undamaged.

 

Unfortunately Direct 4 Baby do not offer free returns and courier costs are paid for by the customer.  We can arrange collection of items with DPD charged at £20.00 per package, which will be deducted from the refund when processed.

We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered so please retain your proof of postage as you may require it if the returned parcel does not reach us. 

In the unlikely event your product has a manufacturing fault please contact us and we will assist with the warranty, repair or replacement in line with the manufacturers terms and conditions.  We will go the extra mile to ensure you are taken care of every step of the way.

 

Restricted products:

Please note exclusions apply on specific products due to safety & hygiene regulations, so the following products can-not be returned once the box has been opened/seal broken:

  • Car Seats (all)
  • Iso-fix Bases
  • Breast Pumps
  • Sterilisers
  • Milk Preparation Machines
  • Pelvic Trainers

 

However if you do experience any issues with your product we still offer full warranty support and aftercare.
