Returns Policy

No quibble returns!!

Rest assured knowing that all items can be returned with no quibble or fuss for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

All items must be in a resalable condition, which includes original packaging, including tags and must be unused and undamaged.

Please note that items which are unwanted are paid for by the customer, this will be deducted from the refund when processed. Items collected via DPD will be charged at £20.00 per package.

We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered so please retain your proof of postage as you may require it if the returned parcel does not reach us. 

In the unlikely event your item has a manufacturing fault within 30 days of purchase please contact us and we will arrange to replace the item swiftly or a refund in full! If the fault is after the 30 days, we will contact the manufacturer, and they will arrange collection of the product. Please note this could take up to 2 weeks to receive the repaired item back.

We cannot accept car seats and/or prams that have been opened and tested.
