Delivery & Shipping


Your order is super important to us and that’s why we only use the best couriers
(DPD & Royal Mail) to ensure your items are delivered on time and in perfect
condition. Our dedicated couriers offer real-time tracking, so you can keep on top of your order each step of the way. If for any reason you need any further information regarding your delivery our friendly customer service team are available on phone, live-chat and email.

 

Delivery Costs

We offer Free Delivery on all orders over £49.95 within UK Mainland. Orders under this amount have a standard £3.95 charge.

 

Delivery Times

All items are normally dispatched within 1-2 working days of the order being placed. Standard deliveries take 2-3 days once they have been collected by the courier, so you can expect to receive your items withing 3-5 days after ordering.

 

Priority and Next Day Delivery

If you need your item in a hurry then do not fear. You can select our Express
Delivery option during the checkout process. If you choose this faster delivery
service your order will be picked, packed and dispatched within 24hrs.

Stock Status

The vast majority of our items are in stock and available for immediate dispatch,
however, please be aware that some items may be shipped direct from our suppliers and some may be on pre-order.

These items will be dispatched immediately and in accordance with the delivery
method you choose at check out

Direct Ship (7-10 Days):


These items will be dispatched direct from our trusted suppliers and the delivery
times will clearly be shown on the product page.
Preorder:

Pre-order items will be dispatched immediately after we receive the stock from our suppliers. Dates on Pre-orders will be clearly shown on the product page before ordering.

 

 

Split Orders

We may on occasion split your order if you have purchased multiple items or
bundles, as we ship multiple warehouse locations. When orders are split you will be notified. You may also receive multiple tracking numbers depending on how many shipments are made.

We will always do our very best to get your items to you as swiftly as possible, but in some circumstances delivery may not be available to certain locations such as furniture to non UK Mainland. Deliveries may also be effected by the not so lovely UK weather, so please bear this in mind during periods when we experience weather warnings. That being said we’ll always do our very best to keep you updated and provide information to keep you in the loop.
