What is an ex-display item and what condition can I expect it to be in?
Ex-display prams are simply items that previously have been taken out of their original packaging and placed on display for viewing. Since the prams have been used in store, they are offered at a discounted rate. Our clearance pushchairs are perfectly safe to use and are in great condition, but they may come with some minor scuffs or without the original packaging. 

Are there any risks involved in purchasing an ex-display item?
There are no risks when purchasing an ex-display item from Direct4Baby. The ex display prams have been used only as visual aids in store and not used and returned by customers, so the safety of your little one has not been compromised. Your rights are not affected when purchasing ex-display items. Some ex-display items may have minor scuffs or cosmetic damage.
