As this amazing heatwave continues, we’ve analysed our customers buying habits and chatted in the office to come up with some of our favourite Summer 2018 products. They aren’t new or wacky, just great products that really work for real life parenting.

My Carry Potty, from £22
With all the glorious weather we are having, many parents feel it’s the perfect time to tackle potty training. However, staying in all the time just isn’t an option for everyone, which is why I think ‘My Carry Potty’
is an ideal solution to toilet training when out and about. My wife and I used one with our eldest son and I already have a Monster version under my desk ready for when my youngest is ready!
My Carry Potty is a potty that closes into a case. The vacuum seal prevents any leaks and it is small and portable enough to take anywhere.
Available in loads of fantastic colours and designs, this product makes what can be a slightly stressful situation, fun again. Children can choose the design they like, we all know how important independence & responsibility can be to a toddler! They also enjoy carrying it around with the little handle.

Ergobaby Omni 360 Cool Air Mesh Baby Carrier £154.90
I recently went to the USA with my family and we took the Ergobaby Omni 360 Cool Air Mesh
for my 5 month old son. It was ideal for the plane as once we checked the stroller in we could put him in the Ergobaby, keeping our hands free to carry bags & look after our other son. In the hot Texas sun, the special mesh fabric kept me and my baby cool. Also we didn’t have to drag the pram through sand at the beach which was ideal. I especially like the way that it can be used in different positions, facing in towards me, outwards so the baby can see, hip carry and on your back.
Unlike many baby carriers on the market there is no newborn insert required and it can be used all the way from birth to 20kg meaning you will only ever need to buy one carrier.
Available in 4 colours – Pearl Grey, Oxford Blue, Midnight Blue and Khaki

BABYZEN YOYO+ Stroller £369, with Ride-on Board £99
I recently sold my old Single & Double pushchairs and bought the Babyzen YOYO+
with White Frame & Ginger colour pack and it has changed my life! The stroller has a compact fold, meaning it takes up hardly any space in the boot of the car and can be taken as hand luggage on most airlines which will be perfect for our holiday as I won’t have to carry my one year old from the aeroplane to the terminal, I can just pop her back in the buggy. The one-handed push is perfect if I am holding my son’s hand while we walk. The ride is smooth and comfortable for my daughter. The basket although it looks small, is actually really functional, I can fit a rucksack change bag in it plus shopping as well. We also have the Ride-on Board with a little saddle for my son which he loves (I don’t think he’ll ever walk again), this can put up when not in use.
The only thing which I would say is that that the hood is not as large as it could be, especially when you are on holiday, so I would recommend purchasing the additional parasol too (£35).
These are absolutely flying for us at the moment so it seems everyone else is loving the YOYO+ as I am!
